🎉Meet the Staff Monday!
Please welcome to our team Dr. Christie Slay! A 2025 graduate of LSU School of Veterinary Medicine, she worked for many years as a veterinary technician before attending vet school. Dr. Slay has a particular interest in preventative medicine (vaccines, spays and neuters, heartworm and flea prevention) and dermatology (allergies, skin infections, ear infections). In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, Evan, and her kitten, Muffin. Some of her favorite activities include watching movies, cooking, and painting. Dr. Slay has been a wonderful addition to the AVS team and we are excited to have her!
