It’s been 1 week since we closed for renovations, and we’re glad to share that things are progressing on schedule! 🛠️🐾

In the meantime, our team is heading off for our company trip this week 🧳✈️ — a short break before we return refreshed and ready to welcome you back to our brand-new Gentle Oak space. 💚

Dear clients,
Please note that Gentle Oak will be closed from 19 to 31 August for the final phase of our renovations.

Additionally, we will be closed from 2pm onwards on 18 August (Monday) to prepare for the transition.

💊 Need prescription food or medications?
Kindly ensure all orders are placed early so we can have them ready before the closure. Medications and food should be collected by 18th August before 12noon.

📅 We recommend placing orders by 12 August to avoid disruptions to your pet’s treatment or diet.

We will be closed on Thursday, 1st May, Labour Day, and will reopen on Friday, 2nd May 2025.

Please note: Our food supplier will also be closed over the Labour Day period.
To ensure your furry friend doesn’t run out of food, please place your orders by Thursday, 24th April for delivery on Monday, 28th April.
