A Hello from Dr Kristy Goh 👋 !

Dr Kristy brings both brains and heart to the team, backed by a veterinary degree from the University of Sydney.

Starting out as a veterinary nurse in fast-paced practices, Kristy has also spent months practising and training under specialists across multiple referral hospitals in Australia and Singapore. Believing strongly in gentle techniques and approaches in medicine - Kristy is a certified Fear-free practitioner.

Kristy’s interests span across neurology, surgery, and internal medicine, but what really sets her apart is how she prioritises patience with pet owners navigating tough journeys - whether it’s a chronic condition, an ageing companion, or a complex diagnosis. She listens closely, thinks critically, and doesn’t settle for “good enough” - our pets deserve nothing less than the standard we expect for ourselves.

Welcome to the family Kristy, you’re our brainy one, bringing a fresh breath of push for your peers in the clinic to think deeper and braver!

Meet Dr Aishwarya “Ash”!

Dr. Aishwarya Chitnis brings both depth and delight to her work. A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine graduate from Purdue University (USA), she has pursued further training in veterinary dentistry and business management, alongside research in food safety and animal behaviour.

While she has strong clinical interests in surgery and internal medicine, what truly defines Dr. Ash is how she shows up each day: tenacious, optimistic, and with an infectious laughter that instantly puts clients and colleagues at ease.

At her core, she believes good medicine is built on empathy, trust, and clear communication.

If your little one requires medication refills or has ongoing treatment needs, please arrange collection in advance to avoid any interruptions.

For emergencies during our closure, please contact your nearest 24-hour veterinary hospital.

Meet Dr Brandon!

With more than a decade of clinical experience, Dr Brandon graduated University of Glasgow (UK) - first joined us as a locum, but it didn’t take long for our team, and our clients, to feel how steady and grounding his presence is.

He’s quietly warm and very easy to talk to. Spend just a few minutes with him and you’ll notice how closely he listens - not just to the medical details, but to your concerns, your worries, and the story behind your pet.

In a world where veterinary care can sometimes feel rushed or templated, Dr Brandon slows down, listens first, and treats every case as individual.

He believes good medicine isn’t just about treatment plans - it’s about understanding the family, the home environment, and what is realistically sustainable, whether emotionally or financially.

Thoughtful, gentle, and deeply attentive, he cares for every patient as if they were his own.

We’d love for you (and your pets) to get to know him better.
