We’d like to clarify some confusion about our business.We are not a pet rescue and rehoming centre.We are a pet shop.However ,if you got your pet from us,and you need to rehome them,we will do our best to either take them back or to help you find a home for them.If you phone looking to rehome your pet,we will ask you a good few questions,such as why you are rehoming,is your pet vaccinated and neutered,age of pet,veterinary history etc.These questions are necessary to help us understand your pets needs and to find them the best possible home.If you find this patronising (as a caller said today when wanting to rehome their 6 year old rabbit),then I’m sorry but I am unable to help you🤷🏼‍♀️Rehoming pets is not a fast process.We generally end up keeping them from weeks to months,often having to groom them,vaccinate them and neuter them prior to homing.The welfare of the pet in question is our priority,and homing is somewhat easier if we can get this background information.

Rufus is missing from the Mallowgaton, North of Bandon/Newcestown area since lunch time yesterday. He was scared by the thunder. Rufus could be anywhere at this stage. Please share far and wide, telelphone (086) 211 2850 with any sightings.
