We are deeply saddened by the passing of our colleague, Peadar Dineen, a founding partner of the Carbery practice in Dunmanway, a wonderful vet, a true gentleman, and a much‑loved part of the Carbery and Glasslyn Vets community. His kindness, professionalism and dedication touched so many people over the years.

The Dunmanway clinic will be closed this Saturday as a mark of respect.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Peadar’s family, friends, colleagues and clients

We are very excited to introduce our new Small Animal Veterinarian Aoife to all our clients!

Aoife graduated from UCD in 2023 and joined the small animal team in Glasslyn after spending three years working in Tipperary. She has a special interest in internal medicine and ultrasound scanning.

Outside of work, she loves beach walks, spending time with friends and family, and her dog, Pip, who can often be seen around the clinic!

We would like to give a warm welcome to our new Bandon Veterinary Nurse Sinead!

Sinead has a Business degree from UCC and received her Veterinary Nursing qualification from St John. She did her placement as student with us, worked at Abbeyville for 6 years and has now returned back to the Glasslyn family!

Sinead has 2 dogs Minnie and Charlie and has a special interest in emergency care.

So happy to have you Sinead! 💜
