Here is Sunday helper Phoebe shaking down the apples from the tree near the arena. They are being picked up by Evie and Emilia.

Harry is rather put out as he thought they were his special treat but too many apples are not good for him.

A huge thank you to the team from AUDLEY TRAVEL Marketing Department who came on Friday to help us at the yard. They painted the field shelters (luckily the rain held off), cut back overhanging branches and bushes around the arena and put a new pallet under one of the freezers in the hay barn. Everyone was so cheerful and enthusiastic and we are really lucky to have friends like these. So let’s give a big cheer to Hayley, Natalia, Anna, Holly, Henri, Mark, Summer, Fin and Shaun for all their hard work.

Thank you to Horserail Fencing UK, Ben at BMN Services and all of our supporters/fundraisers for enabling us to replace the fencing here at New Yatt RDA - a huge benefit to the group for many years to come!

Today our beautiful Blue celebrated 5yrs of loyal service to New Yatt RDA. Blue arrived in 2020 and was purchased with donations raised by the Hooper family. Here is our Saturday rider Rose with Blue proudly wearing his 5yr anniversary gold sash.

Today our rider Tracy presented us with a cheque for £1,600 from the ICE Centre after their recent bingo evening in support of NYRDA. Huge thanks to them and all those who made it happen. Especial credit goes to Jasmine who gathered sponsorship from local people and businesses, worked tirelessly on the evening, and pulled in her uncle to call the numbers. Even Splash seems to be enjoying the flowers being given to Jasmine!
