🚨 MISSING – POSSIBLY STOLEN 🚨

Axel, a Dachshund puppy, has gone missing from a garden in Wincanton.

Yesterday, Jules, one of our volunteers, attended the property to assess the garden and advise on a thorough search of the surrounding area. After reviewing the circumstances and all the available information, this is not something we say lightly, but we cannot rule out the possibility that Axel has been stolen.

Dog theft is a serious criminal offence in England. Under the Pet Abduction Act, anyone convicted of abducting a dog can face up to 5 years’ imprisonment, an unlimited fine, or both.

Please help us get Axel home by sharing this post as widely as possible. Someone may recognise him, know where he is, or see him being offered for sale.

If you live in or around Wincanton, please keep a close eye out for Axel and report any sightings or information immediately.

REMMY – STILL MISSING

We’ve had a number of comments and messages asking about Remmy, so we wanted to give you an update.

Remmy is still missing, but we haven’t given up.

Cameras are still being moved, areas continue to be monitored, and we remain committed to bringing him home.

At this stage, Remmy could be in a number of different locations, so it’s vital we keep awareness high. If you live in Bournemouth, Kinson or Parley, or regularly walk in those areas, please keep a close eye out and check your Ring doorbell or CCTV footage each morning for any overnight activity.

If you do see Remmy, please do not call, chase or approach him. Instead, note the exact location, direction of travel and time of the sighting, then call 07894 348990 immediately.

We’ve also received messages asking for more detailed updates. We really appreciate how many people are invested in helping Remmy, but to protect the search, we can’t share operational details. Any updates on the search itself can only come from Remmy’s owner.

Please continue to share this post as widely as possible. The more people who are aware, the more eyes are looking, the more cameras are checked, and the greater the chance of getting Remmy safely home.

REUNITED ❤️

🚨 MISSING – SANDFORD 🚨

Winnie, a small female yellow Labrador, went missing from her home on Sunday at 12:40pm. Sadly, there have been no confirmed sightings for the past few days, and we urgently need the public’s help to bring her home.

If you walk in or near the area marked on the map, please keep a careful lookout for Winnie.

If you live or work nearby, please:

• Check your Ring doorbell and CCTV footage, particularly overnight when she is most likely to be moving.

• Thoroughly check your gardens, sheds, garages and any spaces where she may have become trapped.

⚠️ Winnie is a nervous dog.

If you see her, please DO NOT call, chase or try to catch her.

Doing so could frighten her and push her into a more dangerous area.

• Her exact location
• The direction she is travelling
• A photo or video if you can safely take one

Every sighting helps us build a picture of her movements and could be the key to getting her safely home.

🚨 **MISSING FROM MERLEY – OBI** 🚨

Obi, a Shih Tzu, went missing from Merley on 25th June.

There have been several sightings, with the most recent placing him in Corfe Mullen.

If you live within the area shown on the map, please take a few minutes to carefully check your:

* Gardens
* Behind sheds
* Under decking
* Garages
* Outbuildings
* Any other small spaces where a frightened dog may be hiding

We'd also be very grateful if everyone in the area could check their Ring doorbell or CCTV footage from this morning to see if Obi has been captured on camera.

Obi is extremely nervous. If approached, he is likely to run further away, potentially putting himself in even greater danger.
