Hi everyone 😊

We’re excited to welcome dogs to Carter & Co. Training Club & Daycare!

Our daycare runs Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm, providing a safe, fun and enriching environment where your dog can socialise, learn and play throughout the day 🐾

✨ What makes us different?
Each dog can enjoy activities tailored to them using our activity menu, chosen at drop off!

Activities include:
• Agility
• Flyball
• Obedience training
• Loose lead training
• Recall training
• Gundog training
• Scentwork
• Toy play

We also have:
🐶 A cosy indoor area
🐶 Large outdoor play areas
🐶 Rest and chill-out spaces available throughout the day

💰 Prices:
• £20 Half Day
• £30 Full Day

🚐 Transport available (chargeable depending on location)

Our next Puppy Course starts on Monday 8th June and runs every Monday from 6pm–7pm for 6 weeks.

The course is designed to give your puppy the best start in life while making training fun and enjoyable for both of you! We cover all the essentials including good manners, socialisation, learning how to read your dog’s body language, loose lead walking, recall, handling, sit, down and wait. We’re also happy to help with any specific training requests you may have along the way.

All breeds are very welcome up to 1 year old 🐾

It’s a lovely, supportive environment and a great way to build confidence, strengthen your bond and help your puppy grow into a happy, well-mannered dog. Spaces do fill quickly, pop us a message if you’d like to secure a place 😊

One thing we have always really tried to do is listen to our clients. Everybody is human and we get things wrong sometimes, but we do our absolute best to rectify it.

So many of our clients asked for a Wakefield salon, so we opened one.
We were asked for daycare, we opened one.
We had a ridiculous amount of interest in sports classes - we’ve launched them.

But the truth is, all three have been much quieter than expected.

As a small business, expanding services takes huge investment, time and belief in our community. We’ve genuinely ran ourselves into the ground to make all this happen and right now, in all honesty, it doesn’t feel like it’s paying off.

So we’d genuinely love to know - what’s stopping people from booking, attending or using these services?

Is it awareness? Timing? Pricing? Something we could improve? Please tell us as we really want to get this right 🙏

We’re asking openly because we care about making these things work for the people who asked for them in the first place ❤️
