☀️☀️Polite reminder we have appointment times for a reason, if you are more than 15 minutes late we cannot groom your dog and you may be charged for the missed appointment.

We are chocka, as we are every summer, so please plan ahead and book accordingly. We are currently looking at about an 8 week wait so turning up on time is crucial to make sure it's fair for everyone.

Just a quick reminder to everyone we are a small local business and if people don’t turn up to appointments without notice we can’t fill the spaces with pups on our cancellation list and everyone loses out.
We do send reminders when we can but bear in mind this is complimentary and your appointment is your responsibility.
