We were so pleased to see Dobby yesterday for his first swim ❤️
Puppy’s do need to be introduced carefully to water , to ensure they don’t get out of their depth when venturing into a river or lake !

We were able to build on Dobbys technique and he soon became a strong, safe swimmer 🐾🐾

One of our star patients Amy arriving for her treatment at North Paws 🐾🐾

Amy was referred by minstervets in York for Arthritis management . Amy had also developed some wounds on her feet due to a change in her gait and these were proving difficult to heal .

We have treated Amy’s wounds , as well as her osteoarthritis, and we have also done some 3D scans of her legs to fit some custom made orthotic support braces for her .

Amy will also be starting underwater treadmill therapy shortly ❤️

She loves paddling in the bath at home , so we are hoping she will take to her treadmill sessions really well .

Hobbes has been coming to us for the last few months for management of his Hip Dysplasia and was referred by Westwood Veterinary Practice
He has a combination of Laser therapy and Hydrotherapy, and he has gone from strength to strength since he started his visits to North Paws 🐾

These boys have been coming to north paws for a number of months now .
Billy has had a previous TPLO Swift Referrals and Ted has had elbow surgery at Vita Referrals .
Both are doing well and loving their rehabilitation journey at North Paws 🐾
