FAQ's to help with any enquiries that you may have ☺️

🗓️When are you open?
Monday - Friday 07:30-18:00
(excluding bank holidays)

💷What are your prices?
Half day £14 - collection by 1pm
Full day £22

📍Where are you located?
Just outside Sandhutton, Thirsk

📓What availability do you have?
We are currently fully booked, please contact us if you'd like to be added to our waiting list with your required day/s

🐕What does a typical day with you look like?
As we are an open daycare, the dogs have the freedom to choose what they want to do and where they want to be! All whilst being in a fully enclosed, secure setting and supervised at all times.
We encourage them all to have a nap around lunchtime - a bit more often for pups.
Outside we have agility equipment, sandpit, water play and lots of space to run around!
We also play group sensory games such as treat hunts.
We have an enclosed play barn for rainy days and a heated/cooled cabin to warm up/cool down and rest.

🦴Do you feed the dogs?
We only provide treats. If your dog needs lunch/snacks please provide this in a Tupperware box with their name on and we will feed them in the designated kitchen.

🐶What age can my puppy start daycare?
2 weeks after their vaccinations, this is usually around 14-16 weeks old.
Kennel cough isn't mandatory but we strongly advise getting this.

♀️Can my female dog come to you whilst she is in season?
No, they must stay off day care for the full duration of their season - 4 weeks.

♂️Does my male dog need to be castrated to attend daycare?
Yes, if they are over 2 years old.

🏡Do you offer overnight boarding?
Unfortunately not, our licencing and planning permissions are for day time and weekdays only.

📩How do I enrol my dog in to daycare?
They must come to us for a 2 hour trial session before starting to make sure it is the right environment for them.
After that we will make you a profile on our online portal where you can create bookings and make payments.
