1st vet visit today with baby dog. Reggie has now been in my care 9 weeks!!

Unsure how I was going to feel as I’ve not stepped foot in the vets since Bear died, I couldn’t even collect his ashes & had to send Ol 😭.

But as always the team at Skeldale Vet Centre were fabulous & it was lovely to meet the surgeons that gave us an extra 6 days with Bear.

Reg was unsure at 1st but after some cuddles & lots of treats he had a full health check. I’ve managed to heal his happy tail (that took time!!), he’s gained a huge 7kg but still more to go & I’m to put some cream on his testicle sore (don’t tell Ollie 😂). He left a happy boy after wooing all the ladies out back with lots of cuddles. He definitely wasn’t cut out for police dog life ♥️
