We’re a small, close knit team looking for someone hardworking, reliable, and not afraid to get stuck in.
This isn’t a desk job. It’s physical, it’s often muddy, and no two days are the same. But for the right person, it’s very rewarding.
You’ll be working on everything from pond cleaning and maintenance to full builds, filtration installs, landscaping and complete garden transformations.
We’re not looking for loads of experience. What matters most is attitude.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- An interest in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor work
- A good eye for detail and pride in doing things properly
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A clean driving licence
What you’ll get:
- Full time employed position
- £23,000 – £34,000 depending on experience
- Hands on training and skill development
- A varied role where no two days are the same
