Can I remind everyone of my cancellation policy.
If you cancel within 24hrs (0630 this morning) I ask for the full cost of the groom before I book you back in. I cannot fill a 9am slot now so I should be reimbursed for the inconvenience.
I’m very understanding and will not charge for some reasons but for “ not going to the bank and I don’t do internet banking” IS NOT A GOOD ENOUGH REASON!!!
