At Muddy Mutts we do everything we can to make your beloved dogs grooming a pleasant experience. We offer a personal grooming service carried out with a caring and loving attitude. Your dog will be given a 1st class service including nail trimming, ear cleaning, bathing in an appropriate shampoo for your dogs coat followed by gentle drying and styled to your requirements. We are also happy to wash
your dog in a prescription shampoo if you have been requested to do so by your vet. All pets are welcomed on arrival and owners are given a full consultation to discuss each animal’s particular needs and grooming requirements to ensure the styles will suit them. We have a COMPLETELY FLEXIBLE appointment system to fit around your schedule but find most owners like to drop their dog off first thing in the morning, often on their way to work or as part of the school run and then pick them up in the afternoon, this allows them to get on with their day to day activities. On arrival your dog will be allocated one of our four secure bed areas (we only groom 4 dogs a day) where they have a chance to relax during breaks between washing, drying and clipping/finishing, we like to give breaks rather than having everything done at once as it means that the grooming process is very calm and relaxed and becomes more of a ‘Doggy Spa Day’, plus for owners that may have other people walk or check their dog in the day time if they are out they know that on ‘grooming days’ their dogs care is covered at no extra charge. As your dogs care is paramount to us we use NATURAL ORGANIC mild ph balanced, bio-degradable shampoos that do NOT contain soap or detergent and are made from the highest quality ingredients. PRICES: As each dog and owner have different requirements, we really need to speak to you first in order to give you accurate price. Bigger dogs will naturally differ to smaller dogs, but also a dog’s breed and even your own preferences will have an effect on the overall cost of dog grooming.
