When you book your appointment whether in person or on our booking app. you are committed to this appointment and it is YOUR responsibility to make a note of the date and time. 🚨
Although our booking system has the facility to send ‘reminder messages’ please DO NOT rely on these to remind you of your appointment. These messages can get delayed for all sorts of reasons to do with the server and are outside of our control. ⚠️
PLEASE NOTE: ‘No shows’ have a big financial and logistical impact on a small business so if you do not turn up for your booked appointment you are still liable for the full cost of the groom. This must be paid before any further appointments will be accepted. ⛔️
