🏡 ON THE MOVE! 🏡

This Friday I picked up my clippers for the last time at our current address. It’s bittersweet because my little grooming cabin has seen me nervously start my own little business, build the most amazing client base and of course build a beautiful relationship with countless wonderful pooches. I’ll certainly miss it but we’re on to bigger and better things!

I’ll still be grooming so don’t panic but it will be from our conservatory until we get my big boy cabin built. New address will be sent out with appointment reminders.

As always, thank you so much for continuing to trust me with your babies - I really am living the dream. I’m in France for the week now so will respond to messages after half term.

Hi Gang!

I know I’ve been awfully quiet on socials recently. The reason being that all of your wonderful pooches are keeping me so busy.

I’m lucky enough to be able to say that my books are closed for 2024. All pooches are now on schedules, we’re getting into a lovely rhythm where we know and love each other and I can honestly say I look at my diary and look forward to every single day.

Thank you so much for continuing to bring your babies to me. This job really is a dream come true and it’s all down to you trusting me with your beautiful fur children.

🦷✨Teeth Cleaning ✨🦷

Pals I’ll be honest with you I was nervous about investing in the Emmipet teeth cleaning kit because 1. Does it REALLY work?! and 2. It’s £££. But over the summer I took my own dogs for their 6 month health check and paid mega bucks for OG Luna to have her teeth cleaned. Luna HATES me when I brush her teeth with a regular toothbrush daily and would hide from me when she heard the cupboard open so TBH I’d almost resigned myself to yearly scale and polishes at the vet but who wants to put their pet under anaesthetic yearly? So I took the plunge and gave it a go…
Because the Emmipet is silent and there is no manual brushing she’s completely fine with it and I’m able to maintain her pearly white smile.
As for Luna 2, the vet said she had considerable tartar build up (pictured above) but no inflammation of the gums so no veterinary attention required. So I thought I’d have a crack with the Emmipet. GUYS the results… I cannot.

Whilst this is NOT a fix for pooches whose gums are inflamed and is not the same as a veterinary scale and polish, it’s perfect as a preventative measure. If you’d like to chat about adding teeth cleaning to your dog’s groom let me know.

✨🫧 2024 Diary Now Open 🫧✨

Exciting news - Next years diary is now open to existing customers on a regular schedule only.

Please note: In 2024 I will no longer be open on evenings and weekends so that I can spend time with my little family. I completely understand that this may be prohibitive for some and if this is the case please do let me know so I can refer you to one of the many talented and compassionate groomers in the area. Occasional evenings and weekends will be available at cost of time and a half upon request.

Thank you for continuing to trust me with your gorgeous babies. I’m still pinching myself that this is my job 🥰.

If you’d like to book your preferred appointments you know where to find me (although please remember that as a millennial I will probably not answer my phone - Text or FB message preferred 😂).
