🐾 We had a fantastic time visiting a local non-profit organisation, where our vet Tom 👨‍⚕️ and veterinary nurse Tammy 👩‍⚕️ spent time talking with young people about all things animals 🐶🐱🐰🐹

From sharing advice on pet care 🦴 to discussing animal welfare ❤️ and answering lots of brilliant questions 💬, it was amazing to see so much enthusiasm and curiosity from everyone.

We loved having the opportunity to chat about what it takes to care for animals 🩺, the importance of responsible pet ownership 🏡, and what it’s like to work in the veterinary profession 🌟

A huge thank you 🙏 to everyone for such a warm welcome and for making it such an engaging and enjoyable visit. Supporting our local community and inspiring the next generation of animal lovers is something we’re always proud to do 🐾✨

Today has been especially busy here at Manchester Vet Centre with it being the Friday before the bank holiday weekend! 🐾

Thankfully, these lovely patients have been keeping spirits high with plenty of cuddles and tail wags for the team throughout the day 💙
Their stories will be coming next week!

✨ THE TRANSFORMATION IS COMPLETE ✨

The last few weeks at Manchester Vet Centre have definitely been a challenge! From operating out of the back door, to setting up makeshift consult rooms, we’ve done everything we could to stay open and continue caring for your pets throughout the work 🐾

Now it’s finally finished… and we are so excited to share the transformation with you! 😍 We absolutely love how it has turned out, and we hope you do too.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing clients for your patience, understanding and support whilst we navigated the chaos. It truly means so much to us 💙

🐾 Exciting news from Manchester Vet Centre! 🐾

We are now proud members of PitPat Friendly Vets! 🎉

PitPat helps pet owners keep track of their dog’s exercise, activity, weight, and overall wellbeing making it even easier to keep our furry friends happy and healthy. We’re so excited to be part of this amazing community supporting healthier pets! 🐶💙

And introducing our very first pup to join PitPat Pet today… the gorgeous Fig the Labrador! 🐾She’s already ordered her FREE PitPat monitor and we honestly can’t get over how cute she is 😍

🎨 Some of you may have noticed the painting work going on in reception if you’ve visited the practice recently… it’s looking lovely already!

Next week, our brand new non-slip flooring is being fitted, which means the practice will need to operate a little differently for a short time. We are still open and continuing to care for your pets as normal, but appointments will work slightly differently while the work is being completed.

If you have an appointment, please call us when you arrive outside the practice and a member of the team will guide you through our back entrance, where we have temporarily transformed our kennels and cattery into consulting rooms.

Thank you so much for bearing with us while we carry out these improvements and remain fully operational for your pets 🐾

🎉 Big congratulations to Reba on becoming a Registered Veterinary Nurse! 🐾

Some of you may have already met Reba during her time with us. Reba joined Manchester Vet Centre as a student nurse at the beginning of March, just days before sitting her final practical exams… talk about perfect timing!

We’re absolutely delighted to share that Reba has passed! well done! 👏

Reba now joins our Green Team alongside Laura, Tammy and Katie, becoming our 4th RVN here at Manchester. We’re so proud to have her as part of the team 💚
