🐾💚 Veterinary Nurse Appreciation Month 🩷🐾
As RVN awareness month comes to an end, I just wanted to take a moment to recognise and thank our incredible nursing team.
The care, compassion, dedication and hard work that you bring to the practice every single day never goes unnoticed. Whether you’re caring for patients, supporting worried owners, assisting in theatre, monitoring anaesthetics, running diagnostics, keeping everything organised behind the scenes, or simply being there for one another, you are the heart of what we do & a huge reason why the practice runs as well as it does.
Veterinary nursing is so much more than a job title. It takes knowledge, resilience, empathy, teamwork and an unwavering commitment to the patients we see and owners too. The work you do often happens quietly in the background, but it makes a difference to every patient, every client and every member of our team.
I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work alongside. A weird and wonderful family that supports each other through the busy days & the challenging days. Your efforts are appreciated every day, not only by your colleagues but also by our lovely clients and pets.
So, Sam, Caitlyn, Jess, Leanne, Meg, Hannah, Eve, Carly, Angie, Karen and Rachel - thank you for everything you do. I’m a lucky Head Nurse to have a team like you ❤️
