📢📢Exciting news for Thames vet clients!

Our trusted out-of-hours provider, Veteris has now got a base in Twickenham, so that means no more travel to clapham if you have an emergency, and quicker response times when they come to your home.

Only 9 mins from Richmond. Woop woop.

We're of course are you main service provider. But when we are not here Veteris will be.

You have two options when we are closed if you have an emergency:
Call our number (after 6pm) 0208 9633309 and you will be directed to veteris who will Triage you.
Or
Call 01748220047/ 02045729640 Veteris direct line for Thames vet clients.

Don't forget to download the VIDIVET app who are also there for your burning veterinary question you may have.

🎉🎉 It's our 3rd Birthday!!! 🎉🎉

That's right — we've been open and caring for your furry, feathered and four-legged family members for 3 whole years!😎

Three years of belly rubs, biscuit bribes, happy tails and the occasional dramatic patient who definitely deserved an Oscar. 🎭🐾

🐾💙 Veterinary Nurse Awareness Month 💙🐾

This month, Veterinary practices celebrated the superheroes who can calm a nervous Great Dane, cuddle a grumpy cat, and somehow still smile after being covered in fur, slobber, and the occasional mystery fluid… all before lunch. 😅

Veterinary nurses are the heart of every clinic — showing endless compassion, empathy, and care not only to our patients, but to the humans who love them too.
From comforting worried pet parents to convincing pets that “the thermometer isn’t that bad,” they do it all with patience, kindness, and a sense of humour that deserves an award. 🏆🐶🐱
So here’s to the veterinary nurses:
✨ Masters of empathy
✨ Snack distributors
✨ Professional ear scratchers
✨ Emotional support humans for both pets and people

Thank you for every cuddle, every reassurance, and every “good boy/girl” you give. The world is better because of your compassion. 💕

You guessed it!! ANOTHER Bank holiday Monday is on the horizon! 🌅

So that does mean we are closed on Monday 25th.

😱🤯

But have no fear. We are back on Tuesday!

We are also open Saturday 8:30-12:00. As normal

Also side note we are closing at 1pm on Friday 29th May.

Again we are open the sat 30th 8:30- 12 as normal.

You guessed it!! Bank holiday Monday is on the horizon! 🌅

So that does mean we are closed on Monday 4th May.

The horror!! How dare we!

But have no fear. We are back on Tuesday!

Phew Panic over!

We are also open Saturday 8:30-12:00. As normal

Get those food and medication orders in ASAP any orders made on Friday will more than likely not be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday.
