Today was his first groom with me. 💙
He came in very nervous, so we took everything slowly and worked at his pace. At one point, I lowered the table to the floor, sat with him, and waited. After a little while, he came over and jumped on the table next to me 🥹
Moments like that mean so much to me. Earning the trust of a nervous dog is one of the most rewarding parts of my job, and by the end of his groom, Ollie had really warmed up to me. ❤️🐾 I gave him a good de shed and a tidy trim this evening and he looks so handsome 🫶

Baxter's 3rd Puppy Groom 🐾
Sweet Baxter came in for his third puppy groom today. He's still a little unsure about having his feet tidied, so we took things at his pace and only did what he was comfortable with. 💙
I gave his eyes a tidy and kept the session short and positive so he didn't feel overwhelmed. Building confidence is always more important than getting everything done in one visit. 🐾✨

Running a 1-to-1 grooming salon means every dog I groom becomes really special to me, so when a client books their dog in for the rest of the year it honestly means the world ❤️
There are so many groomers people can choose from, so knowing someone trusts me enough to keep coming back with their beloved dog is such a lovely feeling 🫶
