Do you want to practice as a vet in the UK? Are you preparing for your OSCE practical assessment and looking for a confidence boost or additional preparation?

Kingshay Training is offering a two‑day OSCE Farm Preparation Course this June. Led by experienced farm‑animal veterinarians, this course is designed to help you develop essential practical skills and build confidence ahead of your OSCE practical assessment.

This 2 day intensive practical and theory course will cover:
⚠️Triage & farm animal emergency care
🐑Metabolic disease management of cattle and sheep
🩺Infectious disease & parasites - diagnostics and interpretation
🌿Environmental assessment, animal handling and clinical examination
🧹Common husbandry procedures
💉Medicine selection, injection sites & techniques.

The course will take place at Lackham College in Chippenham, Wiltshire (SN15 2NY), conveniently located near major transport links for easy access. The fee for the two‑day course is £695 + VAT per person.

Glastonbury DIY AI course, completed ✅

Huge well done to Josh, Edward and Jade for successfully completing our defra approved DIY AI course today here at Bridge Farm. 😎 A wonderful bunch of eager and focused learners, who asked plenty of questions. They also showed true teamwork and dedication by helping each other out and sharing existing knowledge, throughout the course.

This is what teamwork is all about and why we put on these courses. It’s great to see and we hope Josh, Edward and Jade put their new skills to good use. 🐄 💪🏼

It's been a busy couple of weeks for us! 🫡

This week our Training Consultant Michael Head (Spike) hosted the VetPartners New Graduates Scanning course, with the help of Frome Farm Vets 🐄 🙌🏻.

We were delighted to welcome the new graduates to the Kingshay offices for the theory sessions, and it was wonderful to meet and speak to graduates from vet practices accords the UK! We were able to explain to them the various services we provide that can help new graduates & existing vets build on their knowledge, skills and confidence.

We wish the new graduates the best of luck on their veterinary journeys! 👋🏻🐮🩺

Success in the West 🤠

Massive well done to both Amy’s, Emma, James, Leah and Martin, who attended and successfully completed our Defra DIY AI course last week in Helston, West Cornwall.

Everyone left with valuable skills to progress their farming journeys and businesses. Once again massive thank you to the host farms for supporting us, and Cogent Breeding Ltd for their assistance once again. 🙏🏼🏆
