*IMPORTANT: CENTRE CLOSED 23rd, 24th and 25th June 2026*

Due to the forecasted extreme heat and Red Weather Alert this week, the Centre has decided to close on Tuesday 23rd, Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th of June.
Please be assured that staff will be working, but to a reduced capacity, to ensure the health and safety of themselves and our team of horses during this time

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Open Day on Sunday! We hope you had a fantastic day and enjoyed everything on offer.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our incredible volunteers and staff who worked tirelessly to deliver such a successful event. From the activities and demonstrations to the stalls and refreshments, your hard work made the day possible.

We are incredibly proud of everyone who represented us at the recent RDA Mid-West Regional Dressage Qualifier. 🌟

From our riders and horses to our coaches and volunteers, the dedication and teamwork on display throughout the competition was fantastic to see. All 24 riders delivered beautiful tests, and we’re thrilled to announce that 19 riders have qualified for the Nationals! 🎉

All of Team Avon are still on Cloud 99 after the most wonderful day yesterday at the Riding for the Disabled Association Mid West Dressage Regional Qualifier! 💫

We are so very proud of all our Avon RDA Group riders who gave it their all, and delivered some stellar performances (and scores too!). And we could not be prouder of our team of incredible horses and ponies who put their best hoof forward, and behaved impeccably all day, enabling our riders to have these huge smiles 😀💙

Jim, Whinny, Nell, Harry, Cricket, Gracie and Storm 💫
All horses that showed us they are the definition of versatile, dependable, and just all round superstars! Every horse has now qualified for the National Championships in July, and most achieving multiple qualifications with multiple riders 🙌🏻

Of the 25 Avon riders who entered, we have an incredible 19 National Championship qualifications!

A HUGE, huge thank you to the incredible support team of Coaches, staff, and volunteers who made yesterday such a success for Team Avon - we could not do any of this without you!

Hobby Horse enthusiasts are in for a treat at our Open Day on 14/6! 🐴✨

Enjoy two fantastic activities:

1) Make Your Own Hobby Horse
Get creative in a beautiful woodland setting and design your very own hobby horse to take home.
Cost: £4

2) Hobby Horse Competition
Put your skills to the test as you jump around our fun course! Bring your own hobby horse or borrow one of ours for the challenge and win a rosette!
Cost: £4
