He can be quirky as he is a forward ride. Can fidget when tied. Can also throw a cheeky buck when going into Canter. Not nasty, just excitement. Does it less when in full work. He only learnt to jump about a year ago and so went out and did a few practice rounds at 70-80cm. Has xleared 110cm as in the video. He is not the finished article but he learns very quickly. Is being ridden a few times a week at the min as we don't have the daylight or a school yet in the evening to keep him as fit as we would like. The person who rides him at the min is a confident novice rider. He plays up more for her than he would a confident rider who gets after him, but it's more sass than anything. He's not nasty.

Ben is a true gentle giant with a heart as big as he is. Good to do in all ways and never sick or sorry.

Schools nicely and has three lovely paces, proving to have a big jump over sj fences.

Jumping 80cm courses with scope to burn.

Attends Riding/Pony Club

Hunted last season and proved himself to be sensible and mannerly. Hasn’t been out hunting this season to lack of transport.

He is always snaffle mouthed and has never proven himself to keen.

Up to date with vaccinations, teeth etc.

Open to vetting.

Rose is our fun, do everything on, chuck anyone on horse. We bought her 2 years ago as an unbroken youngster, broke her as a 3yr then turned her away for the winter. Brought her back into work spring 23 as a 4yr and done plenty with her since then.

Farmer

Hillgarth Ffarmer - 13 yr old 15hh Welsh Section D

We have owned Farmer for 3 years - he has the most loveable character and is easy to do in all ways. Never sick or sorry, has never been lame in any way in his time with us.

We have done everything with Farmer including showjumping, cross country, dressage, beach rides and hacking - alone or with others.
He has a big bold jump and has showjumped unaffiliated up to 80cm. He would excel in dressage as he enjoys working on the flat and produces lovely work with 3 nice paces, even winning his first ever dressage competition. He does prefer a varied lifestyle rather than daily arena work.

Perfect to catch and for vet, dentist and farrier, good to clip but can get bored towards the end, good to travel alone or with company. Turns out fine with a herd but has only been turned out with geldings while he has been with us.

Up to date with vaccinations, teeth, physio and farrier.

He's a confidence giver and would benefit from a knowledgeable home. We want the best home for Farmer - we want him to go to someone who will love him and give him all the attention he deserves.

Lives and breaths for jumping will take you to any fence on any stride
This mare is fit and ready to out competing she adores her job !

Show jumping she is phenomenal scope for days and has a heathy bs record has only had 2 ownesrs so all history is known , will suit a 1.10 /1.20 horse however does jump 1.30 course never spooky or silly she gets on with the job has a soft mouth and can check she a dream

Cross county this mare ate up all the jumps didn’t look at them twice jumping logs , ditches ,skinnies and water no problem

Schooling she is balanced on all 3 paces and would produce a lovely test

Hacking not spooky amazing in open fields does have her days where she naps coming out gate but just put your leg on and she will go
Will be clipped however hates her face being done but take your time she will stand

About Belle: Belle is a stunning 11-year-old Thoroughbred mare, perfect for someone that’s wanting a project. She has got an amazing personality once settled in. This is a very sad sale due to new job opportunities and not having the time unfortunately. Selling from field as they are on our own land and we don’t have facilities for riding, been out of work over a year.

What Belle Offers:
Jumping: she Jumps confidently (60-80cm), although I only experienced jumping her a handful of times she was amazing with me being a novice rider and never jumped before.
Belle truly has a heart of gold. She loves being groomed, bathed, and fussed over, and stands patiently for the farrier, vets, clipping, physio and dentist etc. she’s great at loading/unloading.

Belle’s temperament overall is really great, she can be a very laid back mare, she can become quite green when bringing back into work as I have experienced myself, occasionally displaying a playful buck or spook. However, she is not dangerous and me as a novice ride when I first got her could handle her playfulness.

Best Home for Belle: I feel as though she would thrive best under the guidance of a confident and experienced rider who can bring out her best. I truly believe with the right person she will be able to achieve a lot of things and she will excel in anything thrown her way. I definitely think Belle is a horse that will really gain potential being in regular work. But since she’s been out of work for over a year she will need someone willing to put in the work and get her back fit.

Beautiful grey 11.2hh 12 year old registered section A mare for sale. LR or 2nd pony.

Very sad sale, unfortunately outgrown, my children are ready for something bigger.
Brilliant for lead rein, could be a confident second pony off lead rein or small teen. Would excell in mounted games.
Will hack alone and in company, can spook at silly things but nothing nasty.
Can be lead from another horse.
A little green in the school, but will lunge/long rein/long line beautifully to voice commands.
Will pop a little course or logs/branches little ditches while out hacking, good on the road.
Happiest when in full work, she likes a job, definitely a mare that needs a purpose.
She always tries to please and will work her little heart out.
Typical welshy mare, sassy, can be impatient and figety but never silly or strong, no malice in her, just sass.
She is a lovely little character comes to call when out in the field. Can live in a mixed herd. Does like to have a friend or see others over the fence, doesn't like to be on her own. Although she does like to be the boss within a herd.
Previous home she lived out but we've kept her in overnight through the winter, with no problems she's loved it and has stable manners.
Great to shoe, bath and clip.
Upto date with dentist (due again June 2025), injections, physio, green passported and chipped.

Can take a little encouragement to load if travelling on her own but travels lovely.
No history of lammi or sweetitch

Looking for new 🏡

Due to a change in circumstances my lovely Jess will be looking for a new home sooner than expected.

She is a 4yr old mare standing at approx 13.3. She’s good to do in all ways and will stand all day to be fussed, groomed and faffed over. She loves people and is just a genuinely sweet pony.

Clean limbed, straight floaty movement and a scopey jump. Would make a fantastic 138 competition pony in time and I would love to follow her progress on the circuit. She will equally be perfectly happy as an all round PC pony.

She is currently in the process of being broken with all the groundwork foundations in place. She has taken to work well and likes to get on with the job at hand and will continue her education until the right person comes along.

No time wasters or day dreamers as I was really hoping to pursue this beautiful little pony.

If by chance anyone wanted I’m happy to produce her if your child won’t be ready for another year or so as I have a younger competent jockey that can compete her 🙂
