What a fantastic bunch we have for Stable Management 2026! 🥰 You were all super concentrated and soaked up everything we learned like little sponges! We have started off learning the basics such as; how to lead correctly, mount correctly, untack, fit a headcollar and tie up, fit a rug and turn out safely. You were all exemplary! We will be progressing this further next time.

For those of you who wish to join us with more current experience, we are able to split groups and allow you the opportunity to learn more complex practical and theory. It’s not just for those starting their equestrian journey!

Our next Stable Management evening will be held on Wednesday the 10th of May from 6pm - 7pm. If you would like to attend then please let us know so we can make a note of numbers and plan activities accordingly.

Stable Management runs fortnightly on a Wednesday evening from 6pm-7pm and includes learning all aspects of horse husbandry and the theory surrounding horse care. It is the best way to improve your confidence both on the ground and whilst in the saddle.

The new price is £30 and this includes a 20 minute riding/ handling session.

🐎 Team Showjumping 2026 got off to a great start last Friday! Well done to everyone who participated, you all did a great job and we saw some really lovely rounds.

We have now calculated the scores and will post them in due course. The current scores are also available in the shed window.

❗️May we remind our newcomers that this is a team event and that you are required to stay and support the rest of your team and not leave after you have jumped your round! We appreciate that this is not always possible due to other commitments and we know that some of you had holidays beckoning last Friday evening which is absolutely fine and totally understandable. However, the riders in the later rounds support those of you in the early rounds, so it is only fair that you extend them the same courtesy. Stay, help out and get involved!

Round of the night. Each month we will select a rider to win a small prize for riding the best round of the night, we have a good shortlist from Friday evening and will announce our chosen rider very soon! 🤩

🏵️ Our first Clear Round of 2026. Thank you and well done to everyone who took part. 👏🏻

Attending these events is a great way to improve and practise whilst still doing something new and exciting. It was great to see so many new faces having a go and doing so well.

We will be running our next Clear Round Showjumping evening on Wednesday the 17th of June from 5pm onwards. We want to see as many new faces there as possible! ☺️

Have we all melted yet? 🥵☀️ We have been truly blessed with the weather over Bank Holiday weekend but dare we say it’s been a little too warm?! 🌡️ The weather looks set to stay with us for the rest of half term, here is what we have coming up for the remainder of this week …

🏇🏻 We have 2 spaces left available on our 90 minute hack this Friday at 12.30pm. Suitable for those who can walk & trot confidently off the lead rein with the option to canter for those who want to. £55pp. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you wish to book on.

🌟 Private/ Semi Private Lessons:

📌 6.15 on Thursday.
📌 4.30 on Friday (Semi Private).

❗️The above are offered out as semi private lessons and therefore are not specifically private lessons. We would prefer the above to be taken in addition to any previously booked group lessons and not instead of, so not to alter group numbers. Thank you for your understanding.

➡️ We have limited space available on Novice & Advanced group lessons on Thursday and Friday this week. If you wish to book an additional or alternative group lesson then please get in touch.

❗️Please remember that we will be closed from Saturday the 30th of May up to and including Friday the 5th of June. Lessons will resume as normal on Saturday the 6th of June.

✅ Clear Round will be going ahead as planned this evening but will be held in the arena rather than the jumping field due to ground conditions.

There is still time to enter, don’t miss out on a fantastic opportunity to improve your confidence and potentially win a rosette! 🏵️ Get in touch ASAP if you wish to participate.

The same format will be followed and the course will be available to walk from 4.30pm. Please ensure you have transferred your entry fees before this evening or have paid in cash prior to your round.

Wow, what a busy week we have ahead of us!🤩 It is Clear Round tomorrow evening and then our first Team Showjumping competition on Friday! All we need now is an improvement in the weather. 🙄 It is supposed to drastically improve from Wednesday onwards, so we are hopeful for good weather at the end of this week. 🤞🏻

❌ Unfortunately we have no further availability for private or semi private lessons this week. Sorry. 🫤

➡️ We have limited spaces available on Beginner, Novice & Advanced group lessons on Thursday and Saturday this week. If you wish to book an additional or alternative group lesson then please get in touch.

❗️It isn’t too late to book onto tomorrow evening’s Clear Round Showjumping! Wednesday the 20th. To start at 5pm prompt. Entries are £7 per round starting at beginner’s cross poles, 50cm and then 60cm. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you wish to participate.
