💚 Last week was Mental Health Awareness Week and we had a fun time taking a (partial) team photo with our two office therapy dogs Rick and Gin, although we were busy organising our charity quiz in aid of the Monmouthshire Rural Support Centre and forgot to post it in time! 😆

🚜 Farmers are often faced with isolation, unpredictable weather and financial uncertainty leading to some of the highest rates of stress, anxiety and su***de.

☕️ So here’s a reminder to have a chat with a colleague over a cuppa, speak to some friends at the pub or just take some time out to relax!
