At Riverside we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you are unable to attend your pet’s scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. 📞

By doing so, you allow us to accommodate other patients in need of timely care and help us maintain an efficient schedule.

This weekend our Ebbw Vale branch will be open to all of our clients, Saturday and Sunday 8:30am-6pm 🐾

To avoid delays and ensure your pet gets the medication they need on time, please request refills at least 48 hours in advance.
Late requests could result in gaps in treatment — we don’t want that for your pet! 🐾

📢 Client Notice – Early Closure Today 📢

We’d like to let all of our clients know that we’ll be closing early today at 12:00 PM (midday) across our branches.

However, if you need assistance later today, our Ebbw Vale branch will be open from 7:00 PM this evening to help with any care or advice. 🐶🐱🐹🐰

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we make this temporary adjustment.

If you have an emergency while we're closed, please call 01873 857544 or 01495 305465 to speak to the out of hours team.

Both branches will be open as normal tomorrow from 8:30am.
