CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW POLICY

Furry Boots Pet Services book on an hourly basis and cancellations can leave an empty block in the schedule that could have otherwise been used by another customer. We ask that any salon cancellations are made at least 48 business hours (this does not include Saturday/Sunday) in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at a rate of 100% of groom, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at a rate of 50% of the groom. Where no notification is given for a cancellation then you will be liable for the full rate of the groom and future bookings will need to be paid 48 business hours in advance. Thank you

Hey everyone, I’ve had so many no shows and late cancellations in the last few weeks, please be aware that if you do a late cancellation or no show our charges are applied as per policy. Unfortunately empty appointments do not pay the bills.
We also have holiday and a number of personal commitments over the next few months so it’s highly unlikely we can generate another appointment, there is just no space. Thanks J

Did a recent pet sit for him with another sitter and this is what he sent me, he’s a rascal!! I have called him many other things under my breath that aren’t repeatable here 😂😂😂
