Dear customers, existing and future. If you have complains about my conduct, please speak to me directly, when I am in your pet presence, and I will do my best to rectify / explain the faults/ mistakes. Do not speak behind my back, trying to hurt my business.

I explained to all my customers that I am an MS sufferer, who does this job because I wish to help the pets and it also helps me to be pro active. Speaking bad about me/my conduct, it causes me unnecessary upset/ flare ups.
I also have 5 dogs and my previous 2 dogs lived 18 & 19 years with me. I think that speaks for themselves how I treat dogs/ pets.

Treat me with respect. I am human who can take criticism. Speak to me directly, not via hiding behind a platform. And mostly, please do not invent untealistic situations: a dog was upset about his grooming. Really? Be mature and responsible.
