As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on us. We set aside dedicated time for each pet, and when an appointment is cancelled without enough notice, it becomes difficult to fill that spot. To continue providing quality service to all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the grooming service.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full price of the service.
