I just wanted to make a wee post to express my gratitude and appreciation to all of my amazing clients!

Thank you for the support, generosity and kindness that you all show me. Even when things go wrong or get tough you are all always so supportive and understanding❤️ I can’t begin to express how much it means to me.

Thank you for the chats, hugs, kind words, photos you send me of you wonderful doggies and for your unbelievably kind gestures.

I am SO lucky!!!

Thank you all for sticking with me and for trusting me to look after your fur babies 🐾

‼️ FLEA SEASON ‼️

First fleas of the year have entered the salon today 😭 so just a reminder-

Please thoroughly check your dog for fleas before taking them to their grooming appointment and also to make sure their flea treatments are up to date. Please consult a vet for information regarding treating fleas.

If fleas enter my salon it results in me having to close my business for 24+hrs from entering. This is to ensure that the place can be properly cleaned, sanitised and a flea bomb set off so it is then safe for clients to enter.

Unfortunately this means all appointments within those 24hrs have to be cancelled which causes an impactful loss of income for myself, effects my small business and also causes inconvenience for clients who’s grooms have to be rescheduled.

Health and safety comes before all else in my salon, so if your dog is potentially putting other dogs, myself or my business at risk I will stop the groom.

There for if fleas are found on your dog I will stop the groom at the point of finding them. You will be required to collect your dog as soon as possible from when I have contacted you and 100% of the groom must be payed as well as a £10 fee to cover the cleaning/flea bomb.

Please keep your dog and other dogs safe 🖤🐾

🐾 BACK IN BUSINESS 🐾

The part arrived on Saturday and with the help of my wonderful mum we fixed the bath over the weekend, so as of yesterday I am back up and running 🥳

All appointments this week will go ahead and you will receive your reminder as usual 🐾

‼️ TEMPORARILY OUT OF ACTION ‼️

On Wednesday morning the heating element on my bath broke which has left me without any hot water in the shop 🔧

The part to fix it was due to arrive today but has unfortunately been delayed. I’ve been in touch with the clients who had appointments this week and have been effected by this. I will be in touch with rescheduled appointment dates as soon as I know when i’ll be back up and running.

As for clients with appointments next week, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that you won’t be effected by this, but if there are any more delays with the part then I will be in touch and keep you all updated.

hello and happy new year to you all ✨🐾 i hope everyone is staying safe a warm during this wild weather we are having!

due to the now extended amber weather warning, with further disruption to travel and my car being stuck in about a ft on snow on my street 🫣 for your safety and my own i have decided to not reopen this week.

i am officially due back to work tomorrow so will be in touch with everyone to reschedule appointments 🐾

i’m sorry if this causes any inconvenience but i do not want to put any of you, your doggies or myself at risk!

stay safe and hopefully we’ll crack off the new year at GFG next week, look forward to seeing you all 🐾

now that all of the madness is over i just want to wish my amazing clients and their beautiful dogs a very merry and blessed christmas ✨ i hope you all had a wonderful day and have the most amazing time over the rest of the festive period 🎄

thats me nearly put down my clippers for 2025 and as another year closes i just want to thank you all for your continued support, kindness and generosity this year❤️

it means the world to me that you all trust me with your fur babies and that i just genuinely have the most amazing, thoughtful and caring clients!! so thank you thank you thank you!!

i hope 2026 brings you all happiness and health and i can’t wait to see you all in the new year 🐾✨
