Morning all 👋👋

I just wanted to remind that although I ask for minimum 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, if you only do this when you receive your final appt reminder the chances of being able to move your appt are very slim as im currently booked up 6 to 8 weeks ahead.

Please could i ask for as much notice as possible, (obviously unforseen events are taken into consideration) this gives me time to offer your appt to someone else and not have a gap in the middle of my day.

Please also note if you cancel last minute and reschedule for many weeks later this will come with extra costs. All my prices are based on your dogs current schedule.

When potential clients call to ask for a price for a mixed breed dog and you say you are only able to give an approximate price, this is the reason why. Mixed breed dogs come in all different sizes, coat types, behaviour of dog throughout the groom, but the most important being coat condition and frequency of grooms. The more work you do at home with coat care and visiting the salon regular allows beautiful grooms to be achieved 👏😍

All looking good for opening again for those booked in on Saturday and Sunday.

Boost had his staples removed from the vet this morning, hes looking very zen like on a cocktail of pills 💊 😀

If your booked in this weekend and feel like you would prefer to reschedule please let me know. The roads still arent great so would prefer no one to take any risks getting to me. Those I have had to cancel ill be in touch individually over the next few days. Waiting to see how well the snow clears over the weekend for driving myself to work next week ❤️

Didn't think we would be back here so soon after Boosts last leg Injury but here we are.

Unfortunately he split his paw pad open xmas eve and had to have it stapled shut, was due to have them removed tomoro but due to weather has been cancelled til Friday (fingers crossed).. so all grooms up to Friday will be cancelled. Will hopefully be in at the weekend but will update after Friday and of course weather depending.

Boost currently rocking 2 cones and a muzzle so he cant wreak the cones, and only allowed out on garden for a toilet break 🥴

I jinxed it when I broke up for the holidays saying I was looking forward to a rest 🫣🤣
