This year marks a significant milestone for us at Precious Paws as we proudly celebrate 10 incredible years of serving our furry friends and their families!

💖 Founded in 2015, our journey began with a passion for providing exceptional pet care. In 2017, Ryan joined the team to lead our walking and training services, and we're thrilled to share that he is rated within the **top 3 dog walkers in Aberdeen!** His dedication and expertise have played a vital role in our growth.

✨ Thanks to two years of intense training in Canine Massage, we ventured into a new sector in 2024, further enhancing the well-being of our beloved pets.

🏆 And to top it all off, we are thrilled to announce that in 2025, Precious Paws won the **Pet Awards for Groomer of the Year!** This achievement reflects our commitment to excellence and the love we pour into every grooming session.

We couldn't have reached these heights without the support of our amazing clients and their furry companions. Here’s to many more years of growth, love, and wagging tails!

Our Story

Precious Paws Dog Grooming offer a full grooming service including bathing, clipping, styling, nails & ears and located in a relaxed home based secure salon and cater for any size of dog. Precious Paws was formed in 2015 and started off as a dog walking/socialising business which my son has now took over that side of the business and he also offers one to one dog training after completing a course through the IMDT and is still very successfully with it and has lots of happy well socialised dogs in his group.

I decided to grow the business and trained to become a dog groomer in 2016 which I completely love and working with dogs is my passion and life. I attend various workshops and seminars run by some of the top grooming stylists and pick up tips during the seminars. I am also completing my OCN grooming diploma through KJG Dog Grooming Academy in Devon with Kelly Gaylor who is an award winning groomer and been in the business a long time.

My background was working in Finance within the oil & gas sector before I started Precious Paws Dog walking and working with dogs has changed my life completely.

I have a BA honours degree and graduated from The Robert Gordon University in 2011 and went to to study small animal care at Aberdeen College full time for 1 year where I learned a lot about canine issues and how to deal with them, such as health & disease, canine first aid, anatomy of the dog and many more....
