This is a post that I never wanted to make.
Unfortunately I’m left with no other option but to do so.
Due to the high amounts of
NO SHOWS I am experiencing
I will have no other option but to insist on full payment being made for missed appointments on the same day in full before another slot can be offered.
I have always been very understanding when this has happened in the past as missed appointments were extremely few and far between.
I am well aware of the many dog groomers in the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire areas and that alternative groomers are available.
The main reason for this decision has been the financial losses of up to and sometimes over £1000 per month.
These are not losses a small business can and should have to constantly deal with.

Again I stress that your custom is beyond appreciated and all I ask is that you remember booked appointments and simple cancel the appointment with some notice so I can at least try to replace the space .
