FEATURE FRIDAY!

This week, we thought we would introduce you to one of our own! This is Gingey, and he is owned by Caitlin. He is 2 years old, and one of her 3 fur babies. Like any orange cat, Gingey has a lot of personality.

10% fluffy orange cuteness, 90% appetite. Gingey has never met a meal he didn't like. Don't be fooled by his angelic eyes. He looks like a sweet ginger angel, meows like a little girl, and steals chicken like a seasoned criminal. 🥷🍗

When he isn't stealing food and acting like he has never been fed a full meal, he is actually a really big snuggle bug. First he steals the food, then he steals the snuggles. All in a days work!

Most pet owners have thought about what they would grab in an emergency, but not everyone has included their pets in the plan.

July 15 is Pet Fire Safety Day, which is as perfect a time as any to take a few small steps now that could make a big difference later. Place a pet alert sticker on your window so responders know animals are inside. Keep a go-bag with food, water, and medical records near the door. And make sure your pet is part of every practice drill. Protecting your pet is part of protecting your home.
