Hello and Happy Friday! First of all we wanted to thank everyone for sending in photos last Friday - our team had so much fun going through them and we love when our clients interact with our posts. 🥰

For this weeks FEATURE FRIDAY, please say hello to KODA!

He is an Australian Shepherd, and he has the most piercing blue eyes ever. He was a very good boy for his visit and was rewarded with lots of treats. Give KODA some love in the comments!

Happy Weekend Friends!

Hello and Happy Monday!

BREED SPOTLIGHT!

After all that rain on the weekend we thought, what better day to do a breed spotlight for Robyn and her rain gear! She brought a big smile to our faces when she popped in for a visit in her raincoat.

As you can tell from her picture - Robyn is GOLDEN RETRIEVER!

Golden Retrievers are known for being excellent family dogs, as they are very loving, eager to please, and highly trainable. They get along with children and other animals alike, when introduced appropriately.

Believe it or not, the Golden Retriever breed actually originated in Scotland during the mid-to-late 19th century, and were used to retrieve waterfowl! They continue to be used a working breed for all sorts - hunting, guidedogs, search-and-rescue to name a few.

The coat can range from light, almost white golden, through to the dark red colour we see here on Robyn. Fur is usually medium length and usually double coated - which means that they have a soft dense layer of fur underneath, and a top coat of longer, coarser hair the repells dirt.

Everyone head to the comments to tell sweet Robyn has cute she looks! 🌧🐾☔
