As summer rolls in and school lets out, our kiddos are home—and so are we! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✨

We wanted to give you a quick heads-up that order processing times may be a little longer than our usual 1–2 business days during July and August. As many of you know, Z<B is a small family-run business, and with the kids home for the summer, we're adjusting our pace to make sure both our customers and our families get the time and attention they deserve.

This is a very difficult announcement to make. I truly value and appreciate my U.S. customers, but after careful consideration and numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve ongoing shipping issues, I have made the decision to suspend shipping to the United States until further notice.

Unfortunately, too many orders have become stuck in the shipping system for months, with no reliable way of knowing when—or if—they will arrive. This is not the experience I want for my customers.

I will continue to monitor the situation and regularly reassess my options, with the hope of resuming U.S. shipping as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. ❤️
