Canada Post has announced yet another strike. We will continue sending our orders via courier, so you don’t have to worry about waiting.

We will resume shipping via Canada Post to certain customers (ie PO Boxes) when the strike is over.

Some sad news, all. I have been notified that prices of toy parts (and consequently, our line of toys and willow products) will be increasing anywhere from 20-40% in the very near future. This is a significant increase!

While I don’t have a specific date, I am anticipating it will be starting to affect us around September 1. I encourage you to create a little stock pile, if you can, to make things more economical for the time being. Hopefully things settle and prices go back to normal sooner rather than later.

Know that I am not someone who intends to keep prices at the increased rate should tariffs dissolve and costs go back to normal. I am there with you at how discouraging this is for all of us and our critters.

We wanted to let you know that order processing MAY take a bit longer than the usual 1-2 days during July and August. As most of you know, Z<B is a small family-run business, and with the kids around, we're adjusting our pace to make sure both our clients and our families get the love and attention they deserve.
