In prepping for the upcoming Ottawa Bunnypalooza, I had to write an intro. It’s not usually my thing as I’m always waist deep in my “to-dos” BUT I figured I would share here, as it has been a SUPER long time since I did a post about the business. So, whether you’re a seasoned client or you just found us, here is our story. Without further adieu….

I’m Raychel — the one-woman show behind the logo, the packing tape, and probably your order confirmation email, too 😉

Zoey and Lilo’s was born over 15 years ago after I brought home two chinchillas — Zoey and Lilo — and quickly realized something shocking: Canada had almost nowhere to buy safe, trustworthy supplies for them. So instead of settling, I built what I couldn’t find.

Our business is built on one simple belief: small animals deserve the same thoughtful care as any other pet.

Today, Zoey and Lilo’s Toy Box is a safe, carefully curated one-stop shop for rabbit, guinea pig, chinchilla, and small animal parents who want better for their fluffballs. OXBOW UPDATE
FYI….50lb boxes of hay have been replaced by 40lb boxes at the same price point (🫠😫). I have a couple boxes left if anyone wants to take advantage of it.

Shipping notifications are flying to inboxes! I have scheduled pickups for tomorrow, but please be patient if they don't end up shipping. We are in for some REALLLLLLY rotten weather (as is most of Ontario), so they may not make it out until Tuesday once it's safer.
