🐾 Important Notice to Our Clients 🐾

We wanted to give everyone a heads-up that one of our clients has let us know their dog has been diagnosed with kennel cough. At this time, they do not know where their pet contracted it, but they wanted to notify us, and we wanted to pass that information along to help keep our pet community informed.

As always, the health and safety of your furry family members is our top priority. We encourage everyone to ensure their pets are up to date on their vaccinations, especially if they regularly visit grooming salons, dog parks, daycare, training classes, or other places where dogs gather.

If your dog is showing signs of coughing, sneezing, nasal discharge, or seems unwell, please contact your veterinarian and let us know before your scheduled grooming appointment so we can help prevent the spread to other pets.

🐾 Late Pick-Up Policy Update 🐾

To continue providing the best care and grooming experience for every pet, we will be implementing a Late Pick-Up Fee effective immediately.

While we absolutely love spending time with your furry family members, K9 Khaos Inc. is a grooming salon—not a daycare facility. Once your pet's groom is complete, we ask that they be picked up within 1 hour of our phone call or text letting you know they're ready to head home.

This policy isn't just about scheduling—it's also about cleanliness and safety. The longer pets stay after their appointment, the greater the chance of potty accidents, which can leave them less than fresh after their groom.

Just as importantly, having too many dogs in the salon at one time can increase stress levels and the risk of altercations between pets. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we also need to ensure that each groomer has a manageable number of dogs in their care so every pet can be handled and evacuated safely.

Late Pick-Up Fee:
🐶 $5.00 for every 30 minutes beyond the 1-hour pick-up window.

We understand that life happens. If you're running late, please give us a call so we can plan accordingly.
