Happy Humpday πΏπ
We got praised for our pack walk & great behaviour today! I'm so proud of these pups & how politely they passed a vehicle on our road β€οΈ Thank you to the driver, for pulling to the side & stopping π
I often notice that when we come into contact with people, there are 2 types...
Type 1: They stop, give us space, which allows me to gain control, we pass, they think what we are doing is amazing & it's a pleasant interaction for all.
Type 2: Sees us, doesn't stop, freaks out/panics, speaks with a raised voice or screams, instantly is angry/frustrated, does not like what we are doing & it's a negative interaction.
If you do ever encounter a dog walker, the absolute best things you can do are - STAY CALM, ignore the dogs & look to the handler for guidance. If you are on a bike, or some kind of motorized vehicle, stop π. We do not want a negative experience for anyone and I can speak for myself in saying that I do everything I can, to prevent that. It's a 2 way street though & a little communication, goes a long way β€οΈ
Today was a success!!
