Well, we had a visit with MARGARET last night, it was our first and she was a bossy pants. But I got her with my dog whisperer ways to stop barking, take treats and allow me to give a little chin rub. But going outside to potty..... NOPE. It took 55 minutes to go from her barking to warn me to stay away, to eating from my hand. So, patience pays off.

Its okay to have stranger danger, it is the petsitters mission to keep themselves safe and to keep the dog safe. And to listen to the dog and what they are telling you. Patience is key, and if you are a dog walker or petsitter and walk into a situation where safety is questioned, back out.

I think Margaret and I are going to besties, it might just take some time.
