"My journey becoming a vet has been a long one. I started my studies wanting to become a human doctor. I did a degree in medical science, followed by a masters in immunology and finally a PhD in biomedical science that I completed in Leuven, Belgium.
After my PhD I applied for human medicine and veterinary medicine. I got accepted for veterinary medicine and finished my degree.
