At Charming Paws, we’ve gone back and forth about whether we should publicly address the actions or decisions of other businesses in our community.
Not because we don’t care, but because our focus has always been on our own business, our clients, our employees, and most importantly the families and pups who trust us every single day.
After discussions with our management and grooming teams, we came to the same conclusion we’ve always stood by: our clients know who we are. They know our values, our standards, and the way we care for both people and pets. That trust wasn’t built overnight. It was earned through years of hard work, transparency, consistency, and relationship building.
While we don’t feel the need to speak on behalf of others, we do want our community to know that Charming Paws will always be a safe, welcoming place where people can communicate, build relationships, support one another, and feel heard.
For now, we’ll continue doing what we’ve always done. Caring for the pets and families who have supported us, trusted us, and become part of our Charming Paws family over the years.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives. We are grateful for every wagging tail, every trusting relationship, and every opportunity to care for your beloved companions. ❤️
Sometimes the best response is simply continuing to show up, work hard, and care for those who have placed their trust in you. That is exactly what we intend to do. 🐾💕
