I am looking for a working student to join my team! This will be a permanent position for the right individual. My farm is located in Waxhaw/Monroe area, is eventing focused with a strong emphasis on horsemanship and high quality care. We are currently installing a fiber all weather arena which will be completed in May. Main duties will include turning in/out, grooming, tacking up, lunging, warming up/cooling down & bathing. No stall cleaning or farm labor. Ideal candidate can tack up on their own, wrap, groom,bathe, clip, safely and responsibly handle horses, and is an experienced rider. Nice , safe horses & quality instruction in a peaceful & private environment. Opportunity to compete for the right candidate. Weekend availability ideal for the occasional competition but not a dealbraker. Pm for more info! Please note this is not currently a paid position but there is opportunity to be in the near future. Working student will be compensated with frequent lessons and potentially a partial lease. No boarding available at this time for a student horse, but potentially in the near future. I am also a certified Magnawave practitioner and equine laser therapist so that could be worked in as well.

Over The Moon got a very respectable 4th place at our first horse trial of the season 🙂 We had a blast jumping double clear & finishing on our dressage score.

Today we picked up Monicas new boy Ganon and what a looker he is- and sweet as can be! He is a BIG handsome boy!!! Cannot wait to see what this team accomplishes!! Congratulations Monica 💕🎉

She put a bug in my ear to try another (much smaller🤣) boy they had for sale while we were there to pick up Ganon and needless to say I fell in love with this giant puppy dog boy🫣 !!!

Everyone meet Uno- my new 3yo OTTB (Off the track Thoroughbred)! This boy last raced earlier this year. Had some let down time and has been slowly restarted with very few rides off the track and I am so excited to bring him along. He has the BEST brain and is soo cuddly and in your pocket. His grandfather is Afleet Alex who almost won the triple crown in 2005. Pretty well bred little fellow 😀

Skye went to his amazing new home and is actually going to a horse show this weekend!! Naturally I had to fill his stall 🫣😂

I haven't had an OTTB since I was a teenager and I'm super excited to be back into it. Would really love to try and aim for RRP next fall. We shall see what this guy wants to do 😀 He is the perfect size for a small Jr Hunter but brave enough to event for sure.
