We are offering Halter Breaking lessons May 20-May 31. Learn how to methodically catch a young horse in a pasture with a herd. Once haltered, learn basic ground manners while leading, standing, grooming, bathing, picking up feet. Lessons are $65 and will likely go longer than an hour. Lessons are open to anyone!
Our official c**t starting program will start in June. We have 3 horses available and are only accepting 3 participants at this time. This is an all hands on deck, learn how to bring a horse along from step one! You’ll learn ground work, saddling, first rides and finishing touches for the first 60-90 days of the horses riding career. You must commit to a minimum of 60 consecutive days. After 60 days you can continue to work with us on continuing their education alongside us if desired. Price includes the use of our c**t, 2 lessons per week and an abundance of learning/educational materials. Will is going to work them in between lessons but will only work with what you have learned up to that point, come audit for more educational opportunities! This Academy is intended for the aspiring equestrian, a current trainer that wants to expand their knowledge or an equestrian enthusiast who wants to try a new Avenue. The horses will be available at a discounted price after completion of the academy to those that work them. Otherwise, we will continue with their training under saddle.
Cost is $950 per month
