(Not pricing) This has just been such a whirlwind of getting it together since the house sold fast and the people were still living in the home. lots of kitchen items never been used. KEEP READING! 10 karat gold rings and bracelets,. When I say tons of hair products, lotions, face products, I mean it! So many never opened! A lot of collapsible storage boxes. Ladies shoe sizes mostly 7 1/2. Most of the new clothing is anywhere from M to XL. Most of the ladies clothing have never been worn. ALMOST DONE, Not a lot of stuff in the garage or what I would consider man stuff but you need to come shop anyway and let your wives and girlfriend spend their money. Lots of really nice perfume. THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE HIRING AN ESTATE SALE COMPANY. I would like to take this time to share information with those seeking to hire an estate sale company. 🙂 1). It is imperative to have a solid plan as to where you will be living BEFORE you ever decide to sell your home. The best case scenario is to move, have an estate sale, and then sell your home. Make sure that if your home does sell, you have plenty of time to move and still have a sale before the new buyers take possession. Time and time again, I am seeing elderly people selling with 30 day closings, with no idea where they are moving to, which also creates a huge dilemma hiring an estate sale company on such short notice. Not to mention the stress of searching for a home, movers, etc. This simply should not be happening. This is a huge transition, so it needs a well detailed plan. 🙂 2). I ask the family to leave the work to us. Take personal items and whatever you decide to keep. Donating, organizing, and throwing items away is just not needed. The more you leave, the better the sale. That's what we are hired to do, leave that work to us!! 🙂 3). Timing is everything! Most established professional estate sale companies are booked out several months. Coordinating with an estate sale company is every bit as crucial as booking with a realtor, senior living, movers, etc. 🙂 4). If I can not meet your timeline, I am always willing to give referrals of companies I am familiar with. The companies I network with will take good care of you. 🙂 5). Commission. It varies depending on the sale in question. Contents, work involved, size of sale, home, outbuildings, cleanliness, etc. I will say you will never miss the commission if you hire a well established company. We know what to do! 😍I SURE HOPE THIS HELPS IF YOU ARE THINKING OF HIRING A COMPANY!!

Well, folks, coming out full force in the bitter cold was something to see. You very brave warriors really made our jaws drop. It was cold for us working, especially for my guys. Sometimes I think we are all a little looney, goody! All of us at Cat's say thank you. Our poor Kabota couldn't take it anymore on Sunday, so off to the repair barn it goes. I guess we are all tougher than it! THERE WILL BE AN ONLINE AUCTION WITH WHAT'S LEFT SO STAY TUNED. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
