As flowers bloom, so do risks for our pets, with plenty of opportunity for them to breathe in particles, scratch an eye, poke a paw, or even get snagged by a branch or thorn, all of which could potentially lead to infections.

Infections can be sneaky subtle—If your pet is not acting right and you are not sure what it is, get them checked! Like with most conditions, the sooner we treat an infection, the better your pet will feel.

🐾👩‍⚕️ Meet Our New Veterinarian, Dr. Simon!

We are so excited to welcome Dr. Marie Simon to the Sheridan Road Veterinary Clinic family! 💙

Dr. Simon brings a compassionate, thoughtful approach to patient care along with a strong background in emergency and urgent care medicine. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Colorado State University in 2022 and has over three years of experience helping pets when they need it most.

She has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and toxicology and is passionate about working closely with pet owners to create personalized care plans for every patient. 🐶🐾

When you meet Dr. Simon, you’ll quickly see her dedication to building trust, communicating clearly, and treating every pet like her own.

Be sure to say hello and give her a warm welcome when you see her in the clinic! 👋🐕🐈
