We are a veterinary hospital — not a rescue.
But too often, scared, sick, unwanted, and special needs pets are left behind in our care with nowhere else to go. 🐾

So we love them. We treat them. We fight for them.
And now, we’re trying to find them the homes they’ve always deserved.

Some may need extra care. Some may need extra patience. But all of them are worthy of love. ❤️

And TODAY is their deadline. 💔

Some are playful. Some are scared. Some already know how to sit for treats and lean in for love. All of them deserved more time than this.

Right now they are sitting in kennels wondering why no one has come for them yet. While the world keeps moving, their clock is running out. ⏳😔

These dogs should be learning what a couch feels like, chasing toys in a backyard, going on car rides, and falling asleep knowing they are safe. Instead, they are fighting for their lives in an overcrowded shelter.

Everyone needs a kitty or 4.

🚨🍼 TULSA ANIMAL SERVICES IS OVERFLOWING WITH KITTENS 🍼🚨

Right now, Tulsa Animal Services is packed with mama cats and babies… and even more orphaned kittens with no moms at all. The shelter desperately needs fosters and rescue help before the situation gets even worse.

They currently have:🐾 6 mama cats with litters🐾 Numerous orphaned kittens🐾 Tiny babies needing around-the-clock care🐾 Older kittens already eating wet/dry food and ready for foster homes

Some of these kittens are incredibly vulnerable due to age, and the youngest ones need out FIRST. Without foster homes, these babies are stuck growing up in a shelter environment when they should be safe, warm, and cared for in homes.

✨ Tulsa Animal Services provides ALL medical care✨ Supplies can be provided✨ Most kittens just need a temporary safe place to grow until adoption age

Kittens must be fostered until:✔️ 8 weeks old✔️ At least 2 pounds

RESCUE RETURN 💔

Jango was returned again 😭😭😭 this is his third time (that i know of) trying to find a home 🥺

Jango is an 80 lb neutered male Goldendoodle. He found himself in the Sand Springs animal shelter and was adopted quickly. He was surrendered to us approx 1 year later due to anxiety with small children. He was adopted out a few weeks ago but was returned because he wasn’t doing well without a yard.

Jango is a sweet boy and very sensitive like a lot of doodles. I absolutely hate he’s been tossed around so much. He desperately needs a home committed to him and his needs.

Jango has been absolutely perfect here but HATES having his nails trimmed. This will definitely be a work in progress for his new mom and/or dad to work on.

The time for testing and prevention is upon us! Please keep your pets safe, prevention is far less expensive than treating for heartworms.

Heartworm disease is a serious, often fatal condition caused by the parasitic worm Dirofilaria immitis, which lives in the heart, lungs, and blood vessels of infected pets, primarily dogs, cats, and ferrets. Spread through mosquito bites, it causes severe lung disease, heart failure, and damage to other organs. Annual testing and year-round, vet-recommended prevention are essential.

UPDATE-Great news
power has been restored!
So, NO worries, business as usual tomorrow!!!

Yesterday, we were given only minutes to evacuate the facility, and our staff on duty did an incredible job getting every patient out safely—hats off to them.

As you can imagine, it left the clinic in disarray. But today, a call to action went out, and our team showed up without hesitation—coming as they were, ready to jump in and help get everything back in order.

Because of this amazing effort, we’re happy to share that we are back up and running and will be open tomorrow for regular business hours.

A very special thank you to those employees who immediately stepped up and took pets home to ensure their safety. Your compassion and dedication mean everything.

We are so grateful for our employees and the care they show every single day.

Thank you to everyone who stepped up yesterday—whether it was offering words of encouragement, lending a helping hand, or even providing a vehicle.

Your kindness, quick action, and willingness to show up in a moment of urgency made all the difference. Because of you, our patients were kept safe, and our team felt supported every step of the way.

We are truly grateful for this incredible community. 💙
