Today, we stand united with several incredible rescue organizations on the island to share a vital message: our beloved satos need your help now more than ever. 🐾❤️
As we witness the heartbreaking plight of abandoned and neglected dogs and cats, it's clear that we cannot tackle this issue alone. Together as humans we have the power to create meaningful change through kindness, fundraising efforts, forming Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) groups, and launching outreach programs that educate our community about responsible pet ownership and care for satos in our areas. We are reaching out to all rescuers and especially all veterinarians across Puerto Rico, urging you to join together in hosting as many high-volume, low-cost spay and neuter events throughout the island as possible. These initiatives are essential for reducing the population of stray animals and ensuring that rescuer efforts are effective in caring for those in need. By working collectively, we can alleviate the suffering of countless animals and help them find loving homes. As animal lovers and dedicated rescuers, we share a profound responsibility to support one another and the vulnerable creatures abandoned on our island.
