Our surgery schedule currently has more availability for small dogs (less than 35lbs), so if you've been putting it off, this is the perfect opportunity to get it checked off your to-do list.

🎉 We’re thrilled to announce the return of our Family Affair program! 🎉

A HUGE thank you to the Kenneth A. Scott Charitable Trust, a KeyBank Trust for their generous grant funding that makes this life-saving program possible.

With Family Affair:
✨ Mom is spayed for just $75
✨ Each kitten is only $5

If a kitten is too young for rabies or needs booster FVRCP vaccines, those will not be covered by the grant on a different day.

Call 313-451-8200 on Mondays at 9AM and leave a message. Be sure to mention “Family Affair” in your message.

We return calls in the order received. If you don’t hear back by Thursday, that means we’re full for the week—please try again the next Monday.

🔹 Available while grant funding lasts! If a kitten is too young to receive a rabies vaccine at the time of surgery, the rabies vaccine will not be covered at a later date. The client will be responsible for the cost of the vaccine once the kitten is old enough to receive it

It was a warm but wonderful morning for our monthly dog meet up. What an amazing group of pups and their people. We had some that have been coming for years and even some that it was their first time.
If you weren't able to make it today, we hope to see you September 5th!

Exciting news for our community cat caretakers! 🐾

We are thrilled to announce that The PAWS Clinic has received a generous grant from the ASPCA to help us spay and neuter 1,000 community cats in 2026!

Thanks to this funding, we are able to offer a comprehensive "Community Cat Package" for just $10 per cat.

📍 What’s Included for $10:
· Spay/Neuter Surgery
· Rabies Vaccine
· FVRCP Vaccine
· Eartip (The universal sign of a cared-for community cat)
· Ivermectin (Treatment for parasites)

📞 How to Book
Appointments are required. To request a spot, please follow these steps:

1. Call 313-451-8200 and leave a detailed message.
2. Timing is key: We only book appointments one week at a time. It's still best to call Monday's at 9am for these appointments. They fill VERY quickly.
3. The "Thursday Rule": Our staff works hard to fill spots quickly. If you do not hear back from us by Thursday, it means we are fully booked for the upcoming week.
4. Try again! If you don't get in this time, please call us back the following Monday to try for the next week's schedule.

Please do not trap until you have an appointment secured.
