I’ve been working on something behind the scenes and I’m finally ready to share it! 🤍

I’m launching my own wellness brand, Halcyon & Co., and our first product will be NAD+ capsules!

If you haven’t heard of NAD+, it’s something our bodies naturally produce that helps our cells create energy and function properly. As we get older, our NAD+ levels naturally decline, which is why it’s been getting so much attention in the wellness world lately.

What’s even crazier is that we’ve already done $9,460 in pre-sales before officially launching! I honestly couldn’t be more excited about the response so far.

Our website is up, and I’d love for you guys to join our email list to be the first to know when we officially launch, get product updates, and receive special offers!

Thank you to everyone who has already supported this new venture. I’m so excited to see where it goes! 🤍

Explore NAD+ capsules featuring 500mg NAD+, Quercetin and Resveratrol. A thoughtfully formulated dietary supplement for your daily wellness routine.

Today I did something I haven't done since I found out I'm pregnant.

I walked into a baby boutique and actually bought her something. 30 sleepers. Just going through tiny clothes, with my belly right there, and it finally felt real.

I'm embracing her. I want her, I love her already, and I'm showing up for her.

But I'm scared too. Not because of her, because I don't know if her dad is going to choose to come back or not. That not knowing is what makes me anxious. That uncertainty is what makes me nervous.

I can't control what he chooses. I can only control that I'm here, that I'm preparing for her, that I'm trusting God with the part I can't see yet.

Embracing it, and still scared. Both can be true. 🤍

I've been keeping a pretty big secret from all of my friends and family. But here we go.
A culture I wasn't born into, but one I'm willing and choosing to embrace.
Life has a beautiful, unexpected way of introducing us to people, traditions, and experiences we never imagined would become part of our story.
As I prepare to welcome my daughter into this world, l've made it a priority to learn about and embrace her Indian and Ismaili Muslim heritage. Although the circumstances surrounding this pregnancy have been far from what I envisioned, I refuse to let those circumstances determine how my daughter connects with her roots.
I'm especially grateful for a community that has welcomed me with open arms, kindness, and a willingness to share their traditions with me when her own father was too afraid to take the lead. It really is a living testament that this is not a reflection of religion and community, but a personal family choice to refuse a child out of wedlock. This is living proof that abandoning your child is NOT what Islam teaches.
Although I wasn't able to participate in the prayer practices, it was truly an honor to be invited, experience the celebrations, and learn more about the faith and traditions she'll grow up connected to.
I still have so much to learn, but this is only the beginning. My daughter deserves to know and love every part of where she comes from.
And with the loving guidance of some wonderful aunties in the community, l've chosen her name: Inaya.
His absence will never mean the absence of her roots.

It's a girl. 🤍

A daughter. God knew what He was doing, even when I didn't.

And I need to say this part out loud too. Her father isn't just Muslim, he's Ismaili. And in his own faith, walking away from your child isn't a small thing. It's a sin.

A father is meant to provide, to protect, to be a guardian over the ones God trusted him with. You don't get to help create a life and then disappear when it gets inconvenient.

He walked away. I stayed. I'm the parent that stayed.

I don't have to chase him, and I don't have to curse him. What you put out comes back. His karma will come for him, in this life or the next, because God sees what people do in private too.

And one thing I'm taking on myself: even though her father chose not to teach her himself, I won't let her grow up not knowing where half of her comes from.

I've already reached out for guidance and learn about her Indian background properly, so I can give her both cultures. Both sides of who she is. She deserves to know her story fully, not just the half I can tell her on my own.

My girl will grow up knowing she was wanted, prayed for, and chosen on purpose. God doesn't waste anything, not even this.

Embracing it. All of it. 🤍

Being pregnant when you already have kids is a whole different kind of tired.

The little ones don't care that you're nauseous. They don't understand why mama needs to sit down mid-chaos. The snacks still need making, the messes still need cleaning, and bedtime doesn't pause just because you're growing another bean.

There's no crawling into bed whenever you feel sick. No slow mornings. You just... keep going. Because they still need you — all of you — while a whole new person is being built inside you.

And somehow the world still expects you to function like you're not pregnant.

But here's what I'm learning: God didn't ask me to do this perfectly. He asked me to be present. Tired, nauseous, running on fumes — and still right here, showing up for the babies I already have while I wait on the one I haven't met yet.

To the mama doing both at once — I see you. You're not weak for being exhausted. You're doing two jobs with one body, and you're doing it better than you think. 🤍

Nap time was a bust 😅

Put them down. Closed the door. Got exactly 47 seconds of silence.

Now they're jumping on the bed screaming like it's a concert and I'm just standing here like… this is fine. Everything is fine.

Send coffee. And earplugs. 🤍

POV: you're just trying to drink your coffee ☕️

My 16-month-old is climbing all over me. My 8-year-old is feeding off the chaos and bouncing off the walls. And my 2-year-old is over here eating stickers… mixed with his eggs. 😅

I know I can't be the only one.

Welcome to my life — raw, real, unfiltered. 🤍

Bedtime looks a whole lot different these days.

I have three boys with my husband— 4, 2 and a half, and 16 months. Bedtime used to be a whole production: baths in the same order, same stories, same songs, everybody down at the same time. It was chaos, but it was OUR chaos. They knew exactly what came next — and that knowing is what made them feel safe.

Now we're separated, navigating a divorce. And routines — the thing little brains depend on most — are the first thing to break.

My 16-month-old took forever to fall asleep tonight. He can't tell me with words that everything feels different, so he tells me by fighting sleep. My 2-year-old clings to me like I'll disappear if he lets go. My 4-year-old asks questions I don't always have answers for.

That's what nobody tells you about divorce with little ones: they don't process it like we do. They process it with their bodies. Sleep, appetite, behavior — that's their language for "something changed and I'm not sure I'm safe yet."

So I'm building new routines. Same mama, same love, same bedtime — even if everything around it looks different. Because the routine was never really about the steps. It's about them knowing I'm not going anywhere.

If you're rebuilding routines too — you're not failing them. You're the constant. 🤍

💡 The Truth About Giant Schnauzer Prices 🐾

Ever scroll online and see Giant Schnauzers for $800 one minute and $5,000 the next? Let’s clear the air.

A Giant Schnauzer’s price isn’t random. It reflects genetics, health, structure, and the work behind the breeding program.

• $800–$2,000: Often backyard bred or unproven lines. Little to no health testing, limited knowledge of genetics, and puppies typically raised with minimal structure or socialization.

• $2,500–$4,000: Well-bred pets from responsible breeders focusing on temperament, structure, and overall health. Parents are usually health tested and puppies are raised with intentional care and early socialization.

• $4,000 and up: Proven bloodlines, extensive health testing, carefully planned breedings, and programs that invest heavily into raising stable, well-adjusted working dogs.

The truth?
You’re not just paying for a puppy — you’re investing in everything that happens before that puppy ever goes home.

The health testing.
The genetic screening.
The planning of pairings.
The vet care.
The sleepless nights during whelping.
The early neurological stimulation.
The socialization and temperament work.

All of that shows up in the price.

Because whether you get a puppy from us or someone else, you deserve to understand what goes into producing a healthy, stable Giant Schnauzer.

✨ Quality takes time, knowledge, and real investment.

When done right, you’re not just buying a dog — you’re bringing home years of thoughtful breeding behind it.
