Today was the 3rd Annual Keystone Pumpkin Contest! The competition was tough this year but the winner was Megan and her fish tank pumpkin! Everyone did such a great job and we loved seeing all the creativity! Which one is your favorite? 🕷️🎃🧡

This week was Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week so we got the chance to celebrate and spoil our staff! Our vet techs are always doing their best to make sure every patient feels welcome and gets the best care they can! Our techs are the ones drawing blood, holding/positioning for radiographs, monitoring your pets during surgeries, and so much more behind the scenes. We are proud to have the team we do! Thanks for all your hard work!

Did you know that even a few extra pounds can have a big impact on your furry best friend's health? 🐾

Carrying extra weight can put added stress on your pet's joints, increase their risk of diabetes and heart disease, and even shorten their overall lifespan. But the good news is that weight management is entirely within our control!

This National Pet Obesity Awareness Day, let’s commit to keeping our dogs and cats happy, healthy, and active.

Here are a few simple ways to start:

Measure meals: Ditch the guesswork and use a standard measuring cup for food portions.

Smart treats: Cut back on high-calorie table scraps and substitute healthy options like green beans or carrots (always check with your vet first!).

Get moving: Step up daily walk times or incorporate fun, interactive indoor play sessions for your cat.

Wondering if your pet is at an ideal weight? We’re here to help! Schedule a consultation with our team today to build a personalized nutrition and wellness plan tailored to your pet's unique needs. 💙

📞 Give us a call or visit our clinic to chat with our care team!
